Apparently this Bluray is not compatible with some older-model televisions. My tv is only about 5 years old and is an HD plasma from Vizio. Everything hooked up fine but the picture didn't work and after frustrating conversation with terrible customer service rep, it was clear that this player just doesn't work for some tvs. (I really only figured this out online later when I saw many other people complaining of same exact problems). LG clearly knows about this -- would have been nice if they had information about it in the specifications that I could have seen BEFORE I BOUGHT IT. Returned it to Amazon and bought a Sony instead, hopefully that one will work.More Detail : LG BD 370 ! [Click Here!]
