Purchased this model after many problems with Samsung Bluray players & thank god the store let me exchange for another brand! Well they did and what a treat.friends & family asked if got a new plasma!I did not & with no tweaks to the TV but plug & play I was treated to better picture quality like from Directv Hd to bluray!Faster loading times,for instance Casino BD loading in 15 mins with Samsung,it loaded in about 5 mins with the Panasonic!This BD player has a ton of features that the Samsung lacked & you can tweak alot of settings & features! Also I love the hidden player controls on front of player!Also regular dvd looks better with the Panny then the Sammy!Thank God I purchased a Panasonic Plasma instead of a Samsung!
